Coordination begins 2 weeks before the wedding.
Designed for couples who have completed all planning and vendor coordination and need a team to step in and manage the wedding day itself. This service focuses on execution, ensuring your plans are carried out as intended without taking on additional planning or restructuring.

THE INVESTMENT
$1,375 for 8 hours
$1,575 for 10 hours

We offer flexible payment plans, totaling $1,575 for 8 hours or $1,775 for 10 hours
Day-Of Coordination includes the following services:
WEDDING DAY:
- Two lead coordinators present
- Unlimited communication upon booking
- Execution of the couple’s provided wedding-day timeline and floor plan
- Assistance with ceremony processional lineup and flow
- Point of contact for vendors, venue staff, wedding party, and family on the event day
- Oversight of vendor arrivals and setup
- Set up of client-provided decor, (signage, table numbers, memory tables, favors, guest books, etc.)
- Management of event transitions (cocktail hour, reception flow, speeches, cake cutting, send-off, etc.)
- Behind-the-scenes logistics management and dealing with all unforeseen situations
- Assistance with personal item organization and end-of-night packing
- Couples emergency kit
