Month-Of Coordination includes the following services:
PRE-WEDDING:
- Unlimited communication upon booking
- Review of all vendor contracts
- Vendor communication to confirm timelines, arrival times, and setup logistics
- Creation of the wedding-day timeline and floor plan
WEDDING DAY:
- 10 hours on-site coordination
- Two lead coordinators present
- Assistance with ceremony processional lineup
- Point of contact for vendors, venue staff, wedding party, and family on the event day
- Oversight of vendor arrivals and setup
- Set up of client-provided decor, (signage, table numbers, memory tables, favors, guest books, etc.)
- Management of event transitions (cocktail hour, reception flow, speeches, cake cutting, send-off, etc.)
- Behind-the-scenes logistics management and dealing with all unforeseen situations
- Assistance with personal item organization and end-of-night packing
- Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities as provided by the couple
- Couples emergency kit
